The executive body of Shadow Rock Church composed of the pastors, chairs of teams and at-large representatives of the congregation. The latter two groups elected by the governing body (those members assembled in the annual church meeting).
Plans and coordinates educational opportunities for adults to include Sunday morning offerings during the Enrichment Hour as well as special events and workshops.
Promotes and nurtures a community of love and care for the members of our community of faith. Members may prepare and distribute meals, coordinate Coffee Chat, coordinate meals for special events, host special lunches, brunches and receptions.
Encourages and develops the physical, intellectual, and spiritual interests and gifts of the children and families of Shadow Rock through the Sunday morning Education classes, Rock the World, Alternative Rocks, Kids Kapers, Shadow Rock family programming and special church offerings.
Maintains, and improves the facilities of the Shadow Rock campus. This might include participation in a Saturday facilities work day and being on-call for various repairs.

Welcomes everyone to the Shadow Rock family and campus, promotes information and programming to the wider community.
Maintains records of activities and history of Shadow Rock, compiles an historical library and has made available a written account of Shadow Rock history to the congregation.

Provides avenues for people to express themselves through the arts, incorporates the arts into the life of the congregation, designs décor for the sanctuary and special events and supports the technical aspects of the worship service.
Available to assist with communication between the pastor(s) and members of the congregation
Advocates for staff; assists in personnel policies.
Responsible for the process of budgeting, stewardship and finance.
Advises and works with the Parish Nurse to bridge the gap between medicine and theology. Supports present programs and seeks to develop new ways to help us meet the goal of serving God by serving others.
Works with the Youth Director to develop the physical, intellectual, and spiritual interests and talents of the young adults (junior and senior high) of the congregation and encourages the feeling in each individual that they are unique, great, and unrepeatable.
Provides an opportunity for members and friends of Shadow Rock to leverage present resources, of any amount, into the future, and to move our world toward even greater possibilities. Oversees individual scholarships, acquisition of space and other resources for innovative programs, and acts as a visionary for other programs deemed supportive of Shadow Rock.
