Youth Group:

Youth Group schedule on Sunday nights:

  • All Youth
    4:00 - 6:30 p.m.

This time frame is “sacred” -- this time always carries the same format for programming and rarely will anything else will be substituted during this time. All other activities such as Youth Service practice, movie nights, service projects, social activities, etc. will be scheduled for times other than Sunday evenings.  Youth activities will be intentional and with that objective in mind, Youth Group is an intentional time to be together. Youth can invite friends and know what to expect. We are building a community where all are a part.

The model for our hour together is fast paced and high energy. There will be a theme for the evening: one that builds from the Sunday morning activities, but can stand alone. The hour time frame will carry a consistent format including music, games, skits, and discussion around the theme. The Junior High Youth time will be slightly more physical and experiential to be age and developmentally appropriate. The Senior High Youth will have more discussion and reflection. The ultimate goal however will be to create a community where everyone enjoys themselves and feels connected.
