What we're working on now...
- Alzheimer's Awareness
- Help homeless families through Family Promise - Shadow Rock unites with other congregations to provide safe shelter, meals, and compassionate assistance for homeless families. Sign up to volunteer at the church or by emailing Linda Merritt.
- Provide humanitarian aid by donating socks to No More Deaths. Bring new socks to the church.
- Serve food to the hungry and homeless at Chris Becker Dining Hall on the 1st Tuesday or the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Email Liz Curry to learn more or to volunteer.
- Provide food for the hungry through Desert Mission Food Bank - there is a grocery cart out each Sunday to collect your donations. Our goal is 75 pounds a month and our hope is that each time you come to Shadow Rock you will bring one food item!
- Provide clothing for the needy through the Desert Mission Food Bank that partners with the Treasure Trove Thrift Shop. There is a box in the parlor of the Education Building to receive your clothing donations.
